The Beginning after the beginning

Hello!!!

I’ve been posting on this blog for over a month without any formal introduction so here goes my introductory post

My name is Chimuanya Agugua, I’m Nigerian from Imo state, a student of counselling psychology and a diploma degree holder from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Mass Communication. I am a reader, writer, a lover of community development, charity and education. This led me to join the ENACTUS team of my university where I have been very active. My passion for mental health made me join MANI (Mentally Aware Nigeria Initiative), an NGO that focuses on mental health where I am a content writer. The sessions I have hosted on mental health (which majorly focused on low-self esteem and depression) opened my eyes to the number of people who needed to learn and understand issues concerning mental health, this realization fuelled the need for this blog and I’m really excited to be sharing my knowledge and opinions with you. Join me on this adventure to create a mentally aware and fit world.
